Bell Cottage is a newly renovated cottage available as a bed and continental breakfast accommodation. It is part of the larger property set on 40 acres of farmland with a vineyard, olive grove, vegetable and herb gardens and one kilometre of river frontage onto the Campaspe river.

Self-catering can be enhanced by calling ahead to arrange additional breakfast or BBQ provisions.
There are lovely walks to enjoy taking you down to the beautiful Campaspe River for fishing or picnics. The towns of Kyneton and Heathcote are only 25 minutes away to explore as well as many wineries. Arrangements can be made for transport to the iconic Redesdale Hotel.

$350 per night for two people $50 per additional person.
